A male pedestrian was injured in an accident with a Peugeot car in Harrogate Road, Eccleshill, Bradford, at about 7.45am today. Police said the extent of his injuries were unclear but he was conscious when paramedics arrived to take him to Bradford Royal Infirmary. The car driver stopped at the scene and the road reopened at 9.10am.
