A travelling nativity scene is keeping villagers on the lookout as it appears in a different window every day throughout Advent.
The community crib is making its way through shop windows in Addingham.
For many years, a travelling crib set of nativity figures has been passed around families who attend St Peter’s Church.
The Rev Andrew Tawn, of St Peter’s, said: “This is a great way to link the village community together in our preparations for Christmas. Looking out for the nativity scene in unexpected places on the Main Street brings a whole new meaning to the Advent themes of watching and waiting.”
