Pub regulars have raised £1,000 for ward 15 at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
The money raised at the Junction, in Otley Road, Baildon, will help cancer patients who are treated on the ward.
The award-winning pub raised £750 during a collection at its recent beer festival and a further £250 during a football match involving regular customers.
Tommy Brown, the landlord of the pub, said it was a great achievement to raise the money for such a good cause.
