The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Addingham: construction of a canopy and formation of small internal opening, Small Banks Farm House, Cocking Lane. Addingham: construction of detached block of kennels to serve existing kennels and cattery, Wharfedale Kennels and Cattery, Turner Lane. Addingham: first-floor extension over existing sitting room with carport, 27 Wharfe Park. Addingham: new access as shown on site location plan numbered 5189-P05 and site plan numbered 5189-P06 received by the council on November 11, 2010, Lower Crossbank Farm, Crossbank Road. Baildon: loft conversion with two pitched roof dormer windows to front elevation, 6 Maude Avenue. Bingley: construction of landlord’s electricity supply housing, land at 192 Swan Avenue. Bingley: variation of condition 4 attached to approval 08/07436/FUL (construction of doctors’ surgery, pharmacy, veterinary practice, three retail units, nursery and D1 (non residential institution) unit) to amend landscape layout, land south west 188-190 Swan Avenue.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: construction of single-storey side extension and internal alterations, 12 Old Mill Close. Burley-in-Wharfedale: removal of porch and change of use of first and attic floors of building to residential use comprising five apartments (amendment of planning consent 09/05481/FUL), The Grange, Station Road. Burley-in-Wharfedale: single- storey extension to side and rear, Trevone, Bradford Road.

Denholme: construction of single-storey side extension, Erlings Bungalow, Half Acre Road. East Morton: conversion of existing integral garage to kitchen, construction of detached double garage adjacent with bedroom accommodation above with an elevated link walkway to first floor of existing house, 35 Whitestone Drive. Haworth: non-material amendment to permission 09/05718/FUL dated 09.02.10: construction of one detached house, to include alterations to door openings to rear elevation at lower ground floor level to form wider central opening, head and jamb details updated to openings accordingly, depth of garage increased, see plan 011A (31) 01 C, land west of 9 Sedge Grove. Haworth: rear extension, porch and formation of access and drive, Richmond, Hebden Road.

Idle: construction of two apartments and one dwelling, land south of 79 Bradford Road. Idle: removal of existing first-floor rear window and replacement with escape window onto existing flat roof and other internal alterations, Dog and Gun, 1001 Harrogate Road.

Ilkley: construction of side extension to form new attached double garage with garden store and various external alterations, Whinfell, Hangingstone Road. Ilkley: display of two non-illuminated fascia signs and non-illuminated menu board displayed to the front of the car park, Alba Tyres Limited, Little Lane.
