Addingham: replacement of windows, 42 The Rookery, Bolton Road. Baildon: construction of a ground floor side extension, 37 Ferncliffe Drive. Baildon: construction of a single-storey rear extension, The Old Dairy, Glen Road. Baildon: construction of a two storey side extension and demolition of existing garage, 25 Central Avenue.

Barkerend: closure of the road to create car park and installation of gates and iron mesh fencing to the adjacent recreation ground, Knowsley Street, adj Hindu Cultural Society, Leeds Road. Bolton: construction of a loft conversion with front dormers and a rear annexe, 14 Brisbane Avenue. Bolton: construction of dormer to rear of property, 14 Brisbane Avenue.

Bolton: installation of fence to the front garden, porch and rear garden (Katsecure) fencing system with timber decking at ground level, incorporation of a new window in the end elevation, 39 Drovers Way.

Bradford Moor: new walled enclosure with access doors to house emergency generators (2) this enclosure is to be located next to the existing plant compound, please note that the emergency generators will only be operational when a power-cut occurs, Morrisons, Hilmore House, 71 Gain Lane. Burley in Wharfedale: construction of single-storey pitched roof rear extension, 12 Willow Tree Gardens.

City centre: construction of new café on the roof with a new covered area (partially enclosed), along with change of use to A3, 10 Vincent Street. Eldwick: construction of detached triple garage and workshop with playroom over, Prospect House, Prospect Road. Eldwick: installation of 15 210W solar PV modules to roof of garage, Moorland Grange, Otley Road.

Fairweather Green: construction of two-storey extension to side and single-storey rear extension, 51 Hedge Way. Gilstead: construction of a single-storey extension to the rear and internal alterations, The Nook, 121 Gilstead Lane. Girlington: front dormer window, 112 Fairbank Road.

Girlington: replace existing windows and doors with PVCu windows and doors, fitted into existing openings, Chatsworth Court, Girlington Road. Great Horton: construction of front dormer window, 2 Rand Place. Great Horton: front former window, 24 Roslyn Place. Great Horton: modification of previously approved single-storey extension 10/00598/FUL to form dental practice to ground floor and new first-floor extension to form multipurpose room, Community Centre, Grange Interlink, Summerville Road.

Great Horton: non material amendment to permission 09/04052/HOU dated 20.10.2009, raising of existing roof to create first floor level and side extension to include two windows to the living areas on the ground floor, replace upstairs window with Juliette balcony in bedroom, 21 Rhylstone Mount.
