Malvern Tendai Paradazi, aged 35, of Coleshill Way, Bierley; failure to provide specimen of breath, £200 fine, £75 costs, banned from driving for 16 months.
Raivo Andersons, aged 24, of Darwin Street, Canterbury; wilful obstruction, £65 fine; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed.
Stuart Blackburn, aged 23, of Wickham Avenue, Odsal; producing cannabis, 12 months’ community order, 200 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs.
Stephen Close, aged 64, of St Stephen’s Road, West Bowling; driving without a licence, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months.
Craig Michael Preston, aged 37, of Bentcliffe Walk, Allerton; begging, £175 fine, £55 costs.
