Custodians of a Bingley park hoisted a flag in celebration of it being recognised as among the best in the country for the fourth year running.
Members of the Friends of St Ives group (FoSI) have been award the green flag, a national accolade presented to the country’s cleanest and best maintained parks.
The green flag scheme also recognises projects which have been carried out in parks over the past year.
It is the fourth year in a row the park has won the award, run by Keep Britain Tidy, BTCV and GreenSpace.
Pam Laking, FoSI chairman, said: “We are really proud that, once again, we’ve been awarded the green flag. There has been loads of work going on at St Ives over the past year and we are really pleased that has been recognised.”
Pudsey Park and Otley’s Chevin Forest Park have also kept their green flags flying.
