Bradford Moor: first floor bedroom extension above existing garage, front wall of garage converted to include windows to form additional sitting room, 22 Garibaldi Street. Bradford Moor: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 7 Curzon Road. Buttershaw: replacement of existing porch with a new entrance porch inclusive of a ramp area, Ark Day Nursery, 490 Halifax Road.
City centre: change of use from A1 retail to A2 financial and professional services, 48 Darley Street. City centre: removal of a portion of the existing factory’s roof in order to replace with new pitched metal sheet roof, 174 Sunbridge Road. City centre: change of use from A1 (retail) to D1 (laser eye clinic), 3 Piccadilly. City centre: construction of a standby small scale embedded STOR power plant with associated tanks and connection to national grid, electricity sub station 1526 Girlington Duncombe Road. City centre: conversion of three mill buildings into apartments with commercial space at ground level and the construction of two new residential buildings and commercial space with undercroft car parking, Midland Mills, Cape Street. City centre: change of use from offices to one flat and retention of ground floor as office, 170 Westgate.
Clayton: change of use of retail unit to private hire control office with parking, 183A Pasture Lane. Eccleshill: construction of single storey extension to rear of property, 34 Peveril Mount. Fagley: variation of condition 16 of planning permission 98/02529/FUL (as previously varied under decision notice 04/05097/MVC, dated 19 May 2005), to allow the continued use of the area shaded orange on drawing FAG.01 for the disposal of quarry fines and storage of stone blocks for a further 32 years until 21 February 2042, Fagley Quarry, Fagley Lane.
Fairweather Green: construction of conservatory and porch and relocation of the garage, 6 Leaventhorpe Close. Girlington: dormer to front, 151 Washington Street. Girlington: change of use to flat with parking below and increased roof height, land and buildings north of 16 Duckworth Lane. Girlington: construction of a two storey side and single storey rear extension, 41 Ambleside Avenue.
Great Horton: retrospective application for internal alterations to convert existing dwelling into three en-suite guest rooms which forms part of nearby guest house, 10 Norland Street. Great Horton: removal of the existing 15 metre monopole and replacement with 15 metre dual user monopole housing six antennas, installation of one equipment cabinet and ancillary development, 02 UK Limited telecommunications mast 33697 Hollingwood Lane. Great Horton: variation of condition 3 of permission 09/04970/HOU dated 15.12.2009 (single storey rear extension): to allow two additional roof windows, 14 Welbeck Rise.
Little Horton: rear dormer window with loft conversion, 31 Loughrigg Street. Little Horton: demolish buildings and use the land for car parking for hospital use, St Luke’s Hospital, Little Horton Lane.
