Wyke: construction of single- storey front extension, 9 Worthing Head Road. Wyke: demolition of existing single-storey garage and replaced with two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension, 72 Rooley Crescent.

Hipperholme: residential development of four detached houses (to replace extant application 05/02459/RES), land opposite Tetrodena Kennels, Break Neck Lane. Lightcliffe: single-storey extension to rear, 36 Westfield Avenue. Norwood Green: repairs to outbuilding, Coley Walks Farm, Coley Hall Lane.
Northowram: proposed earthworks to increase area of existing haulage works, Lumbrook Mills, Westercroft Lane. Shelf: two-storey extension to front and widening of drive, 9 Park Stone Rise.
