An open day has been organised by a Shipley bikers’ club to raise funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The event, organised by the Pyeratz, features food stalls, raffles, and live music. Shops and businesses in Shipley will show their support by hosting stalls and donating raffle prizes.
Last year’s event raised about £1,400 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Organiser Maria Crump said: “Yorkshire Air Ambulance is such a good cause; you never know when you might need it.”
Also making an appearance on Bank Holiday Monday, August 30, at Baildon Woodbottom club in Shipley will be the Support Our Soldiers team and the Royal British Legion, as well as magician Andy Briggs.
Entry is free for the event from noon until 5pm. A rock disco will be held after the event at 8pm, with a live performance from tribute band ZZ Top Eliminator.
