Part Property (World) Ltd, of Selbourne Grove, Heaton; breach of an enforcement notice, three years’ conditional discharge. Paula Jane Woodhead, aged 32, of Heysham Drive, Holme Wood; failure to notify change of circumstances, two months’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew, £75 costs.

Daniel James Bennett, aged 23, of Heap Lane, Barkerend; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences, £45 costs; original offences of possession of article for use in the court of or in connection with theft, theft, 11 weeks’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.

James Andrew Brough, aged 31, of Swain House Road, Bolton; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence, £25 costs; original offence of using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises, 53 days’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.
