Ben Brahin, aged 27, of Chapel Street, Bradford; two counts of assault, 12 months’ community order, £85 costs. Robert Andrew Philpotts, aged 27, of Raglan Street, Thornbury; driving while disqualified, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 56 days; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Steven Paul McLean, aged 33, of Farm Hill Road, Eccleshill; attempted theft, four weeks’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew, £85 costs.
Tammy-Anne Rhodes, aged 32, of Stuart Court, Little Horton; criminal damage, three counts of assault, 12 months’ community order with electronic monitoring and three weeks’ curfew, £250 compensation. Lee John Graham, aged 27, of Woodview Terrace, Manningham; two counts of theft, jailed for four weeks; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty.
Gary Clarke, aged 23, of Dixon Avenue, Scholemoor; theft, re-sentenced for original offence of possession of articles for use in the course of or in connection with theft, 12 months’ community order, 70 hours’ unpaid work, £150 compensation, £85 costs; application to revoke a community order and re-sentence, application granted, order revoked. Michelle Dean, aged 29, of Netherlands Avenue, Odsal; eight counts of persistently making use of public communication network to cause annoyance/inconvenience/anxiety, assault, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order, assault, jailed for 14 days.
Kevin Delahunty, aged 32, of Marlborough Road, Manningham; attempted theft, two counts of theft, 12 months’ community order with electronic monitoring and six months’ curfew, £125 costs. Artjoms Molotkovs, aged 26, of Grove Terrace, Great Horton; theft, £75 fine, £45 costs. Aaron Benjamin Barnsley, aged 24, of Rook Lane, Dudley Hill; taking a car without the owner’s consent, driving while disqualified, resisting a police officer, 12 months’ community order with electronic monitoring and three months’ curfew; driving without insurance, no separate penalty.
Nessawar Ali, aged 38, of Barlow Street, Barkerend; three counts of assault, jailed for five months. Liam Marcus Innes, aged 27, of Leeds Road, Thornbury; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, dealt with for the original offence, £60 costs; original offence of theft re-sentenced, 28 days’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.
