Michaela Louise Duffy, aged 18, of Thyme Court, Allerton; drunk and disorderly, £50 fine, £65 costs; failure to surrender, no separate penalty. Warren Harrison, aged 21, of Marlborough Road, Manningham; theft, jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, £16 compensation, £85 costs. Mohammed Nadeem, aged 26, of Ransdale Road, Little Horton; theft, failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence of theft, jailed for six weeks. Ayaz Butt, aged 42, of Greenbank Road, Allerton; three counts of driving with child not wearing seatbelt, no separate penalty; driving while using hand-held mobile phone, £435 fine, £120 costs, banned from driving for six months.
Jason Garbutt, aged 23, of Freshfield Gardens, Allerton; drink-driving, £100 fine, £120 costs, banned from driving for 20 months. Matthew James Gliddon, aged 37, of Pipercroft, Woodside; speeding, £60 fine, £15 costs, licence endorsed. Zahid Aftab, aged 24, of Duchy Drive, Heaton; permitting use of vehicle with no insurance, £100 fine, £150 costs, licence endorsed. Brendan George Horner, aged 19, of Croscombe Walk, Little Horton; criminal damage, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs.
Geoffrey Stuart Tiler, aged 34, of Harewood Street, Bradford Moor; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed. Aaron Kitson, aged 23, of Hazlemere Close, Holme Wood; two counts of failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of criminal damage, theft, failure to surrender and driving while disqualified re-sentenced, 12 months’ community order, 140 hours’ unpaid work.
