The mother of two children, who were killed in an alleged arson attack on their Bradford home, has lost her week-long fight for life.
Iram Shah, 30, was critically injured in the intense house fire at Hendford Drive, Pollard Park, in the early hours of last Tuesday.
It was reported that she jumped from an upstairs windows in flames.
She died last night in Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield, West Yorkshire Police said.
Mrs Shah’s ten-year-old daughter Alina, and eight-year-old son Aman, died from the effects of fumes in the blaze.
Asjid Mahmood, 21, of Pollard Lane, Undercliffe, has been charged with the murder of the two children and was making his first appearance at Bradford Crown Court today.
