The following have been dealt with by Bradford magistrates:
Darren Edward Barraclough, aged 38, of Huddersfield Road, Wyke; assault, 24 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs. Jonathan Phillips, aged 19, of Felcourt Drive, Holme Wood; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of dangerous driving, making off without payment, failing to stop re-sentenced, three months’ prison suspended for 12 months.
Daniel James Bateman, aged 18, of Darren Street, Tyersal; failure to surrender to police/court bail, £50 fine, £15 costs, detention in court house until court rises. Adam Kenneth Greenhough, aged 19, of Carr Street, Bankfoot; possession of an offensive weapon, three months’ community order with electronic monitoring and 12 weeks’ curfew.
David Ratcliffe, aged 48, of Tong Street, Dudley Hill; drunk and disorderly, failure to surrender to police/court bail, £100 fine, £30 costs, detention in court house until court rises; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of assault and failure to surrender re-sentenced, six weeks’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.
David James Armitage, aged 50, of Headley Lane, Thornton; racially aggravated criminal damage, racially aggravated intentional harassment, failure to surrender, possession of a knife, causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, failing to ensure animal welfare, jailed for 16 weeks.
