Kevin Chatterton Wilson, aged 42, of Allerton Road; two counts of failure to comply with condition contained in a violent offender order, jailed for eight days. Mohammed Nawaz, aged 68, of Grove Terrace; being a manager of a house failed to licence the property, £1,000 fine, £1,230 costs. Pasha Lounge Ltd, of Edderthorpe Street; application to re-open case, granted; re-opened original offence, £2,500 fine, £509.92 costs.

Lee Hirst, aged 20, of Braine Hirst; failure to comply with supervision requirement, jailed for ten days. Abbas Khan, aged 23, of Ashton Avenue, Scholemoor; possession of heroin, 24 months community order made with 40 hours unpaid work, £85 costs.

Johnathon Imeson, aged 20, of Luke Road, Canterbury; driving without insurance, no separate penalty; drink-driving, £265 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 18 months; driving without a licence, no separate penalty. Miles O’Reilly, aged 18, of Ayton Close, Pollard Park; burglary, community order made with curfew, £85 compensation £250.

Barry Rushton, aged 54, of West View, West Bowling; theft, six months conditional discharge, £100 compensation. Adele Conroy, aged 37, of Cloverville Approach; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. Matthew Robert Smith, aged 30, of Buttershaw Drive, Buttershaw; breach of anti-social behaviour order, jailed for eight weeks.

Darren Thomas, aged 29, of Stuart Court, Swarland Grove, Little Horton; theft, £65 fine, £100 costs. Anthony Wilson, aged 49, of Blenheim Road, Manningham; burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal, two counts of burglary, community order made, £100 costs.
