The sweet smell of success could be lurking in Addingham as the Yorkshire in Bloom judges made their summer visit to the village.
The judges, who awarded the village a silver gilt award following their first visit of the year to Addingham in the spring, returned on Tuesday morning to see the streets and gardens in full bloom.
Members of Addingham Garden Friends took the judges on their trip around the village, beginning at Addingham Primary School on Bolton Road.
One of the highlights of the judging route was the visit to gardens at the school, where the children cultivate their own vegetables, flowers and plants in the grounds of the school.
