A former Bradford petrol station, a large detached period building in Idle and a retail property in Keighley are among the lots going under the hammer at an upcoming auction.

The garage site on the corner of Canal Road and North Brook Street, near Forster Square Retail Park, is being offered in the Eddisons Property Auction, to be held at Leeds United’s Elland Road stadium on July 22, on the instructions of the LPA receivers.

Other lots include Beech House, a detached period building in Leeds Road, Idle. The building was most recently used for office accommodation.

A freehold retail/residential property in Crosshills, Keighley which comprises a tenanted retail unit and vacant two bedroom flat, is also among the lots. Tony Webber of Eddisons said: “The wide range of lots should offer something for everyone.”

Meanwhile, the Bradford office of Eddisons has announced the completion of a series of deals in the city and surrounding area.

These include Clara House on the Worth Enterprise Road, Keighley which has been sold to Ayce Systems.

The modern office building with workshop and stores was home to CD Construction prior to the company going into administration.

Eddisons acted as LPA receivers on the sale on behalf of Yorkshire Bank.

Ayce Systems is the leading UK supplier of SMART repair systems, consumables and aftercare support to the automotive refinish industry.

Among the other completed deals announced is Enterprise Court where Butterfield Signs has agreed terms on three units, near Tong Street. The firm will also retain its existing premises on Sunbridge Road, Bradford.

Finally, Auto-Lift UK has relocated from its premises at Alma Works, Sticker Lane to a modern unit at Mitre Court, Cutler Heights Lane.
