A Keighley sandwich shop run by a French chef has received a good food award.
The Dales Deli is featured in the Quality Cuisine Guide for "providing a high standard of food and service".
The busy North Street shop has four members of staff serving up to 20 different kinds of sandwich each day.
Although most of the deli's supplies come from local producers, customers can mix and match more exotic ingredients.
Owner Fabien Delrieu said the certificate came as a surprise.
He said: "We survive on word-of-mouth. We let people discover us. It's working very well so we must do something right."
Fabien initially worked as a chef in a restaurant in southwest France before meeting a British woman. Moving to England, he then worked his way to head chef and catering manager in various businesses in the Manchester area. Fabien took over the Dales Deli about two years ago after searching for a business of his own.
He said: "I wanted to give a culinary education to Keighley. We're lucky we have young professionals as customers who are willing to try different flavours.
We're a deli so we have unusual things. People will come for a sandwich and go out with nice Italian bread or healthy biscuits or jam.
"We use fresh produce every day -- that's why we run out. We encourage people to phone and book early."
