Bradford businesses looking to cut costs and help the environment are being encouraged to join a new organisation being administered by Bradford Chamber of Commerce.
The Better Business Environment Forum (BBEF), will be run in partnership with the government-funded group Envirowise and will offer free, bespoke environmental support to businesses. Funded support and advice will be provided, plus workshops, onsite consultant support, an information helpdesk and assistance with monitoring sales are just some of the benefits the club will offer its members.
Bradford Chamber's environmental officer Bob Hudson said: "This is a great opportunity for firms to access free support which will make savings across all their processes, and take a pro-active approach to reducing waste, water usage or energy."
The BBEF will hold its first seminar on January 25 from 2pm. The event will include more information about the Resource Efficiency Club. Anyone interested should contact (01274) 206665.
