Excited Donovan Ricketts today roared: Bring on Wayne Rooney and Michael Owen.
The City keeper is thrilled by the prospect of pitting his skills against the Premiership's finest at Wembley in June.
Both Ricketts and Valley Parade team-mate Damion Stewart are in line to face England when Jamaica provide the opposition in the final warm-up game ahead of the World Cup finals.
And Ricketts is not intimidated by the jump from League One strikers to the cream of the crop.
He declared: "Everyone wants to play in a game like that and be up against the world-class players.
"The bigger the name, the bigger the performance.
"England will play the team they want to start the World Cup and it will be a great challenge for us.
"Ever since Trinidad qualified, there has been speculation about Jamaica playing England and I'm glad it's been confirmed. It's a long way off yet and I've got other things to concentrate on now. But people are starting to call me about tickets already - the phone has been ringing so much that I've had to switch it off!"
A first-ever friendly against the Reggae Boyz was originally mooted two years ago. But the June 3 clash was finalised once the World Cup draw was made and England were paired in the same group as Trinidad & Tobago.
Sven Goran Eriksson wants to be fully prepared for the Caribbean underdogs and believes Jamaica are the ideal build-up.
Ricketts, who sat on the bench in the 1998 finals in France, added: "I'm happy for Trinidad but there are mixed feelings, too, because in Jamaica we believe we have the best team in the Caribbean. To see Trinidad qualify rubs it in a bit because we have missed out.
"But I know we'll call up our best team and give it a good go against England. The game will be friendly but very competitive."
Ricketts is guaranteed a place in coach Wendell Downswell's line-up and the keeper also believes Stewart will get his chance, despite his lack of matches with City.
The defender has found opportunities hard to come by since arriving at Valley Parade last summer but he filled in well for the suspended Mark Bower at Chesterfield.
Ricketts added: "Damion will definitely be involved because he is a quality player.
"When he played right back, he was trying to find his feet. But being back in the centre on Saturday he looked more comfortable."
