Previous experience is not necessary as children will soon grasp what is needed, and youngsters of any ability are welcome. Entry forms are available from Christine Oates at 84 Langley Lane, Baildon, Shipley, BD17 6TB or by telephoning 01274-416286.

Many current Great Britain internationals were helped in their formative days by competing at sportshall athletics, including long-distance runner Paula Radcliffe.
