Silsden face a tough test in the North West Counties Division One tomorrow with a visit to second-placed Alsager Town before they go into mid-winter hibernation for a fortnight.
"It will definitely be a hard game, Alsager are sitting pretty," said manager Andy Geary. "The table is beginning to take shape now halfway through the season and they are one of the teams up there."
The Keighley outfit will be without Martin Bland for a second game. He is serving a one-week
suspension so he also missed Monday's home draw with Glossop North End.
"If it had not been a
holiday weekend he would have only been out for the one game - it's just unlucky for all concerned," said Geary. Silsden (from): Foulger, Rhodes, Matthew Bland, Rosser, Nettleton, Applebee, Gill, Hird, Packer, Longley, Whiteoak, Dowgill, Bentham, Holmes, Shearer.
