Otley coach Peter Clegg is too experienced to read a great deal into last Monday's 42-20 National League One defeat at Bedford Blues.
The teams square up again tomorrow, this time at Cross Green in a quarter-final of the Powergen National Trophy, and Clegg said: "We've all been in the game long enough to know that no two matches are ever the same.
"On Monday we had seven lads in our team who were under 21 and I was very pleased with the way they played, individually and as a team.
"I hadn't been happy with the way we've been playing and was disappointed to lose at home to Rotherham on Boxing Day in a game we should have won, so I decided to give everybody a chance to put themselves in the frame to play tomorrow."
Clegg added: "We also tried to play a different style of game and, though we were beaten, I was pleased with the way we performed."
Clegg won't select the side until after speaking to skipper Glen Wilson but will give a start to winger Kyle Dench, who impressed at Bedford.
Hooker Ben Steele will start or be on the bench and Howard Parr will also be in contention but Clegg said: "We saw where we were deficient on Monday and are likely to bring in more experience to the pack."
Cleckheaton have a make-shift side at Leicester Lions in National League One.
They are without John Bentley (foot injury), Dominic Castle (unavailable) and New Zealanders Cameron O'Connor and Tom Gwilliam (temporarily returned home) and surprisingly give Mark Sales a start at scrum half in preference to Gary Smith.
Bradford & Bingley are unchanged at Blaydon.
Keighley, at home to York in Yorkshire One, will be without full back Matthew Cox (medial knee ligaments) for six weeks so Liam McGee steps in, while centre Paul Gleadhill returns for play-off chasing Bradford Salem at home to Selby.
Wharfedale, at Henley in National League Two, have England under-21 international Martin Halsall on the bench.
