After a three week mid-season break due to poor weather and the holiday period, Ilkley AFC return to West Yorkshire League action on Saturday with a home game against Baildon Trinity Athletic (kick-off 2.15pm). Players should meet at West Holmes field at 1pm and are reminded that training will go ahead as scheduled on Thursday evening (7pm).
Having secured a healthy mid-table position the Ilkley first team are hoping to show improved form over the remainder of the season and push for a top five position.
Meanwhile, the Ilkley Reserve team is flying high at the top of the West Yorkshire League Alliance Division and will also have a home game on Saturday against title contenders Churwell. Kick-off is once again at 2.15pm at the Ilkley Grammar School field and players should meet at the field at 1pm.
