Snooker: Bradford's Simon Bedford faces the biggest match of his career on Saturday, but he admits: "I don't think I'll be the one under pressure."
The 22-year-old left-hander meets former World Matchplay champion Gary Wilkinson in the final qualifying round of the Embassy World Championships at Telford International Centre (noon and 5pm).
Bedford, ranked 215 in the world, is bidding to become the lowest ranked player to reach The Crucible, admitted: "Gary is 17th and will be the favourite to win.
"I haven't got anything to lose, and I'm certainly going to go for it in Telford as it's my dream to play at The Crucible."
Bedford has already won eight matches in the World Championship qualifying, and last month won the third event of this season's Riley UK Tour - a circuit for secondary professionals.
"Winning the UK Tour tournament at Swindon has given me a real boost. I played well throughout," said Bedford.
"The standard right through the game is very high, and there's not much between the players whatever their ranking.
"I had a great run at Blackpool during qualifying and I would have liked to have played Gary there and then.
"Perhaps it's worked out for the best, though, as I have got a lot more confidence after winning the UK Tour event."
Former world No 5 Wilkinson, who has reached the quarter-finals of the World Championship, is fighting to return to the elite top 16. Much will depend on whether he can beat Bedford over 19 frames.
