Keighley's newest restaurant - the Shimla Spice in South Street - was officially opened at the weekend by the estate agent who played a leading role in getting the ambitious venture off the ground.
Brothers Mohammed Ayub, Mahmood Akhtar and Basharat Hussain were so impressed with the help they received from Ian Hayfield, of Dacre Son & Hartley Commerical in Keighley that they asked him to do the honours.
Ian (pictured with the brothers) paid tribute to the brothers' enthusiasm and commitment, which had seen them transform a semi-derelict property into a bright new business.
He praised the high standard of work from contractors, and thanked Keighley's SRB partnership for its help.
