Alisha, whose parents are Zahir Iqbal and Lynette Hanson, of Simpson Street, Keighley, arrived one week early at 12.07pm on March 11.
Grandmother Jane Rowan dashed to the Cougar shop in Cavendish Court and registered her as a Cougars Supporters Club member just two hours after she was born.
Jane, a steward and first aider at Cougar Park, has supported the team for over 30 years. "I made sure everyone was alright and got a lift to the Cougar shop," she says. "I thought it might bring them a change of luck as well."
Mum Lynette, says: "It was a bit of a surprise and a nice thing to do."
Dad Zahir says they are only occasional Cougars supporters but they will be taking Alisha to Cougar Park at the first opportunity.
Cougars Supporters Club chairman Jack Templeton was thrilled with the news. "I hope it sets a trend for the future," he says.
