A national survey conducted on behalf of Smarties mini eggs has revealed that actor George Clooney is one of the most popular heart-throbs for women.
The top heart-throbs are found to be the men who have starred in hit films.
With this in mind, Carol Halliday, pictured above, on work experience at the Keighley News last week - asked female students aged 14 to 18 at Oakbank school: who is your fantasy man, and why?
The undoubted number one heart-throb among the students was Titanic actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
Anne Thomas, 15, said: "I like him because of his eyes, and he's so gorgeous."
Clare Louise Slater, 14, added: "He's young, looks really caring and is a good actor."
Rosie Mather, 15, enthused: "I like him because of his good looks, his eyes and hair, and that he puts a lot of feeling into his acting."
Alicia Gardner, 15, said: "He has lovely hair, nice eyes and is just generally nice."
Catherine Hudson, 15, explained: "He has a really nice personality and is friendly and very good looking."
Rochelle Scrivener, 14, summed up: "He's just gorgeous."
Karen Thompson, 16, also had eyes only for Leonardo. "I like him because he's good looking," she said.
Gillian Turner, 15, said: "He's got really nice eyes."
Jodie Hawksworth, 15, explained simply why she likes him: "Because he's fit."
And Claire Suckling 15, added: "Because he's sexy."
However, not everyone went for Leonardo.
Judith Hart, 14, insists on George Clooney. "He's good looking, sensitive and mature, and has a lot of style," she said.
Cherie Johnson, 17, agreed. "I just like George Clooney because he's older and has a nice smile," she said.
Andrea Joy, 15, also said her dream man was George Clooney. "He's got good sex appeal," she said.
Carly Muir, 16, said she liked John Claude Van Damme. "It's just the way he fights," she said.
Tough-guy actor Bruce Willis was the choice of Jessica Wilkinson 16. She explained: "I like him because he' sort of like a sexy slob"
Charlotte Turner 15, decided on Tom Cruise because "he's really rugged".
Lyndsay Driver, 16, said John Page was her favourite. "He's well strong, well fit and a sexy man," she enthused.
Leanne Potter, 18, decided on Micheal Stype, from the pop group REM. She told us: "He's totally different from anyone else, a complete individual"
Amy Rowbothan, 16, agreed with her. "He has a great singing voice - every time I hear his voice I want to collapse," she said.
At least there was some variety. Not everyone thought Leonardo DiCaprio is the most beautiful male on the planet.
