Police are appealing for witnesses following a ram raid at a Keighley industrial unit on Monday morning. Thieves used a stolen Vauxhall Cavalier to smash their way through a steel roller-shutter door at the Abbey Hire premises in Lawkholme Lane. It is believed they took a generator and a steam cleaner.
The car had been stolen from Damside shortly before the raid - which happened at around 5.15am - and it was later found abandoned in Hainworth Wood Road, Keighley.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw the car being stolen or dumped, or witnessed the ram raid. Anyone with information should phone 0845 6060606.
