DOUGIE LAMPKIN is still flying high at the top of the trials world championship race, but not without trouble in Germany.
Both Dougie and his cousin, James, were knocked off their machines by spectators, but recovered without serious injury.
The Silsden rider missed out on victory in the first event, losing out to Japanese rider, Kenichi Kuroyam who dropped 19 points to Dougie's 43.
But he bounced back on Sunday, taking first place after a run off with British rival Graham Jarvis.
This weekend Robin Luscombe continues his quest for sidecar championship number 11. He has just returned from a goodwill trip to France where he has been showing local riders how to compete is sidecar trials competitions.
