Families have gone into battle - saying they want peace and quiet in their streets.
People living in Hollings Road, Girlington, say they have sleepless night because of the racket from clubbers leaving nearby premises.
Now they are appealing to Bradford Council to turn down an application by the Palm Cove Club to renew its entertainment's licence.
They are also opposing a bid by proprietor Desmond Pryce to open later on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
The families have sent a 46-name petition to the licensing committee which meets next Wednesday to consider the application, saying they have had enough.
In a letter to the Council, ward councillor Sajawal Hussan said residents are "bitterly angry".
He said that children were falling asleep at school and employees were exhausted when they got to work.
The petition from people in Hollings Road, Grandage Terrace and Whites View says they are deeply concerned about noise, disturbance and vandalism which they claim by some users of Palm Cove Nightclub.
Mr Pryce denied the claims today, however. He said he had worked to reduce noise since he took over the club, which can hold more than 300 people, last October.
Mr Pryce has asked to change closing time from 1am on Fridays and 2am on Saturdays to 3am for both nights. He wants change Sunday closing from 10.30pm to midnight.
Committee members will be told the police have no objections to the application, providing the Sunday extension applies only to the restaurant.
