Budding journalists at Greenhead have left their mark with an exciting new school magazine.
Students in the sixth form have been producing the Exclamation magazine since the start of the year.
And the magazine - now in its third edition - has proved to be a big hit with pupils of all ages.
The paper is compiled by sixth formers Freeda Rashid, Jenni Wade, Shazia Iqbal, Samina Osmar and Clare Robinson, who produce one edition every term.
The professional looking magazine contains regular features on music and film, as well as a regular teacher profile.
In the latest edition, headteacher Miles Mizon provides a candid profile of his life, both in and out of school.
Important student developments like the peer mediation service are highlighted alongside more light-hearted items, and contributions from pupils in the lower years are welcomed on a regular basis.
One of the writers who has been busy at the keyboards is 17-year-old Clare Robinson, currently in the lower sixth.
She says: 'There are quite a few people who contribute to the magazine and we know a lot of people enjoy reading it.
'So far the music articles and the teacher profiles seem to be the most popular parts of the magazine.'
'For the last month we have all been really busy with exams but now they are over we have been able to put out another edition.'
Head of the sixth form, John Lockwood, has also been helping the young scribes compile the publication.
