Bradford's prestigious Aldermanbury office block could be let within the next two months, says a leading property adviser.
The five-storey building, off Godwin Street, is being officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Coun Tony Miller, on Thursday.
Bradford's only speculative office development has space for 700 staff and is expected to be of interest to firms involved in the call centre industry.
Simon Dixon, commercial property adviser with Eddisons in Bradford, said today: "We have received large numbers of enquiries from around the country from firms who have woken up to Bradford's competitive edge."
