Stand bookings for Keighley's inaugural 'One Stop' Business Exhibition have already exceeded numbers at previous exhibitions.

The new-look two-day event takes place on September 16 and 17 at a new venue -Cougar Park - and the fact that over 70 stands have already been reserved has prompted the organisers to order a third marquee.

The One Stop Business Exhibition will focus on business to business products and services provided within the region, which is in turn expected to provide a focus for inter-trading between local companies for years to come.

Organisers Keighley Business Forum are providing a substantial support package for exhibitors, including free seminars and consultancy sessions, to ensure they make the best use of what is felt to be a golden opportunity.

KBF director Iain Copping says: "Because of the unique format of this event, many businesses who would not normally exhibit themselves could benefit tremendously from doing so at One Stop 98. We recognise that some of these companies won't have previous experience of exhibiting, or large budgets to spend on setting up stands, so we are offering this help to make sure they don't miss out."

Companies wanting a full exhibition pack, or who have still not booked stand space, should contact KBF on 01535 671870 as soon as possible.

Keighley Business Forum holds its annual general meeting at Keighley RUFC, Utley, next Friday at 11.30am. The speaker will be Alan Marsden, market research manager of English, Welsh and Scottish Railways.
