Motorbike matador, Dougie Lampkin, topped the bill at the latest arena trial -- held in Malaga's bullring on the Costa del Sol.

In his first arean event since Valecia two months ago Dougie sailed through the heats beating Marc Colomer and David Cobos by a large margin.

He went on to win the final after three races with David Cobos.

Lampkin had also led the way by clearing a five step section which had all the Spanish riders dropping points. Throughout the competition the Silsden's rider's only dropped point was on the high jump, where he dropped one point.

Details fo the bumber British Indoor event at Sheffield Arena have just been released with tickets going on sale last Saturday (August 1). The event is to be held on January 2nd an will be the british round of the World Indoor Championships.

The course will include a massive indoor lake on the floor of the arena and a giant indoor waterfall will also return after defeating many riders last year.

Top Gear's Steve Berry will be compere for the evening and BMX supremo Ot Pi is back by popular demand to provide entertainent during the interval.
