Wayne McComb, of 52 Brac-ken Bank Avenue, Keighley, was ordered to pay £205 for driving without a licence, tax or insurance.
Michael John Bates, of 197 North Dean Road, Braithwaite, was ordered to pay £200 on two charges of possessing cannabis.

Rita Janet Exley, of 9 Henes Street, Beechcliffe, was conditionally discharged for a year for stealing a roll of Co-op dividend stamps.
Richard McDonald, of 252 Skipton Road, Utley, was jailed for a month for stealing a gold ring and bracelet worth £300 and two bracelets worth £260 from Denise Rooke.
Graham Peter Beale, of 13 Harewood Rise, Oakworth, was ordered to pay £120 for driving without a licence and insurance and failing to produce documents.
Beverley Crocket, of 23 Minorca Mount, Denholme, was ordered to pay £90 for smoking a cigarette in a prohibited area on a train.
Angela Ruth Bell, of 15 Mannville Grove, Keighley, was fined a total of £80 for being drunk and disorderly and resisting arrest.
Michael J Pyshnenko, of 8 Greenfield Crescent, Culling-worth, was bound over in the sum of £100 for six months to be of good behaviour for causing a breach of the peace.
Robert James Slater, of 21 Lower Park Green, Silsden, and Gareth James Hird, of 24 Breakmore Avenue, Silsden, were both bound over in the sum of £100 for six months for being drunk and disorderly at Addingham.
Ken Anthony Sargeant, of 29 Woodhouse Drive, Woodhouse, Keighley, was put on probation for two years and ordered to spent 80 hours participating in an intensive probation programme as for offences covering attempting to obtain methadone by deception, failing to surrender to bail, driving while disqualified and possessing heroin.
