Manningham Housing Association hopes to build 26 new homes on land at Parkwood Street, Keighley.
A planning application has been submitted to Bradford council for a site first approved for housing in 1988.
The scheme involves three, four and five-bedroomed townhouses and semi-detached properties for rent.
If permission is granted the hope is to begin building this autumn and for the first homes to be occupied next year.
Manningham also plans to build other housing for rent off Aireworth Road, Keighley.Bradford council is considering the following planning applications:
Eastburn: Landis Lund, land at Skipton Road, open terrace outside staff canteen.
Hainworth: Moorside Cottage, Back Shaw Lane, Hainworth Shaw, conversion of agricultural building into single dwelling.
Keighley: Unit 8, Trico Retail Park, Hard Ings Road, non-food retail unit; land at Parkwood Street, 26 houses and access road;
The Bridge Public House, Bradford Road, extension to form new entrance with alteration to ramp, also internal alterations and refurbishment.
Haworth: 19 Heathcote Rise, rear conservatory; 17 Mill Hey, garage on rear car standing.
Oldfield: Far Dean Field Farm, Lower Colne Road, conversion of redundant barn to form single dwelling and extension of boundary to adjoining farmhouse (with listed building consent).
Silsden: Moorcroft Menswear, Belton Road, storage and distribution, stage three..
