Silsden edged six points closer to promotion with a convincing victory over Otley.
Andy Pullen and Mark Akrigg did the damage as Otley were bowled out for 71.
After an opening partnership of 30 for Otley it was Pullen who made the breakthrough and he was backed up by the more accurate bowling of Akrigg who bowled 16.2 overs, taking four wickets at a cost of just 16 runs. His impressive performance included two wickets in consecutive balls.
Pullen's 17 overs looked expensive by comparison, costing 26 runs, but his six-wicket haul -- including five bowled -- was a real match winning performance.
Dave 'Buckets' Jackson held another hard hit boundary catch, making it nine for the season.
Youngsters Chris Meehan (10) and David Bainbridge (5) lost their wickets in the reply of 75-4 with Jackson hitting a quick 20 and Tim Sugden 25 not out as the Cobbydalers made certain of six valuable points.
Steeton kept up their fight against relegation by taking maximum points in their derby clash with Skipton.
The Sandylands team struggled to get into gear leaving Matthew Redhead (68) to put bat to ball later in the innings.
Steeton Opener Russell Newton matched him with and innings of 63 while Aussie Matthew Pinniger scored 36. Mark Hedges was 29 not out as they reached victory with five wickets to spare.
Silsden 2nds went down to a 36-run defeat at the hands of Otley.
Things were looking god for the South Craven outfit at the Otley side slumped to 35 for six, but Hodgson (37) and Chaplin (56) staged an incredible last-gasp recovery which set them up for a total of 164-8.
Silsden also lost early wickets, but despite a recovery could not find a batsmen who could go on and make a big score to take them to victory.
Steeton 2nds clinched an impressive eight wicket win over Skipton.
Hill claimed three wickets as the Sandylands outfit were restricted to 105 not out. Neil Wilson scored an undefeated 68 leading Atkinson in a match-winning partnership.
