Bradley continued in their winning ways, beating second placed Gargrave with two balls left.
W Campbell kept Gargrave's hopes alive with four wickets for four runs.
With Cononley's match being conceded by Glusburn in the Southern Section, Haworth needed to win to stay top. They scrped home with three ball left thanks to good all round performances from Simon Shoten and Alex Austerberry.
Silsden managed to take second spot with another close match against a somewhat under-strength Steeton team. J Granger scored 31no and too two for five wickets, but it was not enough to keep his club's hopes alive.
The north-south under-15 play-off final is to be between Bradley and Haworth, and will take place on Sunday 16 August at Cononley CC.
