He will be accompanied by the Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, John Lyles, and Lord Mayor Cllr Tony Miller.
John Briggs, president of the Keighley unit, says: "I have been involved with Keighley Sea Cadets for over ten years and this is the first time such a visit has been planned. I am delighted for the cadets, staff and committee who have worked so hard to put our unit on the map. I am reliably informed that it will be another ten years before another such visit is planned."
