FIFTEEN-YEAR-OLD Michelle Smith represented represented England three times during the National Smallbore Rifle Championship at Bisley last week.
She was top scorer in the English schools team which beat Denmark by eight points and was also a member of the England Junior team which beat Scotland and Wales.
As well as her international success, Michelle earned individual glory, winning the under-16 Junior Championship, the Junior Home Counties Bisley Cup and medal together with the H V Gilbert Trophy.
She tied for first place in the Junior Championship, only to be polaced second on count-back at 100 yards.
She was also a member of the senior Yorkshire Ladies team, recording the second highest score.
During the week she was also awarded four medals and both senior and junior Bisley Master shot badges.
