Karen Raine, of 34 Central Avenue, Keighley, was committed to Bradford Crown Court for sentence for possessing heroin, dishonestly obtaining cash and dishonestly obtaining clothing worth £199.95 from Grattan.

Russell Dean Andrews, of 148 Devonshire Street, Keighley, was ordered to pay £109 including compensation for being the owner of a Staffordshire cross bull terrier dangerously out of control in a public place.

Robert Paul Hegarty, of 52 Bracken Bank Way, Keighley, was ordered to pay £120 for possessing cannabis.

Frank Higham, of 29 Belg-rave Road, Keighley, was order-ed to serve 80 hours' community service and pay £75 costs for beating James Stovold.

Ali Aksar Dad, of 36 Claren-don Street, Keighley, was ban-ned from driving for a year for driving while disqualified and without insurance and also put on probation for 12 months with a condition that he takes part in the Bumpy Motor Offender Disqualified Driver Programme.

Kenneth Weldon, of 9 Albert Street, Sutton, was sent to Bradford Crown Court for sentence for stealing £48,759 from Andrew Charles Petyt.

David Sharp, of 61 Leylands House, Parkwood Rise, Keigh-ley, was ordered to pay £580 for driving without insurance.

Lisa Jane Richardson, of 54 Guardhouse Avenue, Braith-waite, was ordered to pay £119 for stealing confectionery, sandwiches and soft drinks from JSR service stations. Deborah Jayne Thornhill, of 8 Bracken Bank Grove, Keighley, was ordered to pay the same amount for a similar offence. She was also ordered to pay £200 compensation to Keighley Health Centre for stealing a wheelchair.

Christopher Watson, of 14 East Parade, Steeton, was ordered to pay £130 for speeding and not wearing a seat belt.

Robert Derek Parker, of 12 Hard Ings Road, Keighley, was put on probation for 12 months for possessing cannabis and heroin and ordered to take part in a drugs programme.

Helen Margaret Leask, of 12 Braithwaite Drive, Keighley, was put on probation for two years for dishonestly obtaining property from Millets camping and H Samuels. She was ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Patricia Ousey, of 32 Wood-house Grove, Keighley, was ordered to pay £680 for driving without insurance, a test certificate or a licence and failing to produce documents.

James Aubrey, of 26 Canb-erra Drive, Cross Roads, was ordered to pay £150 for driving without insurance or a test certificate and failing to produce documents.

Julie Haigh, of 10 Bracken Bank Walk, Keighley, was ordered to pay £100 for refusing to take a breathalyser test. No order for endorsement was made as Haigh was not driving or attempting to drive and had no intention to drive and was therefore not a danger to other road-users.

Mark Keith Garnett, of 42 Leylands House, Parkwood Rise, was jailed for two months for two charges of theft.

Graham Andrew Guest, of 34 Surrey Street, Keighley, was ordered to pay £60 for being drunk and disorderly in Church Street, Keighley.

Lee Gavin Pearson, of 8 Wenslydale House, Whinfield Drive, Braithwaite, was ordered to pay £140 for stealing a VCR and a strimmer.

Paul David Rowen, of 4 Airedale House, Whinfield Drive, Keighley, was bound over for six months for being drunk in the foyer at Keighley Police Station.

Philip Briscoe, of 38 Lawnswood Road, Knowle Park, Keighley, was ordered to pay £110 for jointly stealing two stone flags.

Paul James Taylor, of 53 Church Street, Keighley was ordered to pay the same amount for the same offence.
