Paul Jewell writes: We are delighted to win. And I suppose we will be promotion candidates in the press now.

We went behind against Lincoln and came back. We did the same twice against Bolton and then yesterday. Last season it would probably have been game over so I have to be pleased with the spirit we showed.

All right we didn't play as fluently as we did at Watford and Crewe but we didn't half graft.

I was pleased with the goals. It was about time Darren Moore scored. He goes up for every set-play and I have been on to him to arrive fast and late when a corner is being taken. Let's face it, there won't be many people wanting to get in the way of him.

Birmingham are a side who don't concede too many goals. They work very hard and make it very difficult so set-plays are very important.

A lot of nonsense has been written and spoken. People have written us off after four games so it is nice to show that is not the case.

I thought Andy O'Brien was excellent out of position. John Dreyer was in the centre and he gave us that balance as a left footer. The back four defended very well and they deserve a lot of credit for that.

Isaiah Rankin had a bit of tendinitis in his knee today and that is why I brought him off.
