Police have dismissed allegations that a woman was sexually assaulted by three part-time fire fighters at Ilkley Fire Station.
West Yorkshire Fire Service is conducting its own inquiry into the claims involving officers at the station in Little Lane.
Three of the retained firefighters have been suspended as part of the internal investigation which is still continuing.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said they had never received a direct complaint of rape but had been asked to look at a number of allegations by the fire brigade which included one of sexual assault.
They said they had now been dismissed, except one allegation of theft which they were now investigating.
