Laycock residents are to get their own Neighbourhood Forum instead of having to share with Braithwaite.
The first meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, September 29, in Laycock Village Hall as part of the autumn programme of forums.
The 13 meetings in Keighley and surrounding villages will offer residents a chance to air their views on a range of local issues. All meetings will feature an update on police and community safety initiatives planned for the town and individual communities. Residents will also be invited to attend a special conference at Keighley College on November 14 to discuss Bradford council's Comm-unity Plan. Top-level council officers will report on work carried out over the past year to improve local people's lives, and reveal action plans for the next 12 months.
