Paul Jewell writes: We played some good stuff at times. We created chance after chance and it was almost a joy to watch. I almost enjoyed it.
I said to the players at half-time that they would come at us in the first ten minutes and so it proved.
We do have a tendency at home to start slowly and they had a decent chance soon after the break.
Thankfully their guy put it over the bar and that was the kick up the pants we needed.
I am pleased for Millsy because his all-round play has been good.
He has seven goals and I am pleased with that.
I took Gordon Watson off because he was tired but his all-round game was very good.
He sees things and is a very good player who can only get better. He was very unlucky not to score.
The whole team played well and I don't want to single out individuals. They take the flack together and they will take the praise together.
It is still very early days. We weren't as bad as results suggested early on. We are delighted to have won and played well but now we must look to Saturday when we face leaders Sunderland away.
