A haulage firm has been issued with a formal warning for failing to stick to the rules of their licence.
Bradley's Transport and Haulage Distribution Ltd, based at the County Ground Works in Queensbury, attended a disciplinary hearing in Leeds.
Bradley's is one of the firms working from the Deanstones Lane site. Nearby residents have complained about trucks causing noise and congestion.
Traffic commissioner Brian Horner said: "If the firm is in breach of these conditions in the future it will be subject to putting its licence in jeopardy."
He ordered the company to move to the other end of the site, away from residents.
Mr Horner said the breaches of the conditions had been unintentional and Bradley's was a responsible business.
Resident Shirley Hurrell said after the hearing: "If we hadn't checked it and gone to North Eastern Area Traffic Office with this breach of conditions they would have carried on."
She was angry that the office had failed to tell residents about the public hearing.
Conditions of Bradley's licence said trucks could only be moved between 4am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. On three occasions witnesses reported they had not been adhered to.
Andrea Bradley said each had been in exceptional circumstances, once by a driver when she and her husband were not on site to supervise. She said the firm was looking to relinquish the lease and find a new site.
