A woman has become one of the first local people to be electronically tagged.
A curfew order with electronic monitoring was made on Joanne Eve Sinfield, of 73 Delph House, Parkwood Rise, Keighley, by Bingley magistrates. Sinfield had admitted assaulting Robert Keith McLarnon, of Spring Row, Keighley, causing him actual bodily harm.
She was ordered to pay £150 compensation and £40 costs, and was ordered to remain at home between 9pm and 3am from Thursdays to Sundays.
She was also fined £25 after admitting breaching a binding-over order last June.
