Dudley Hill, Clayton and Keighley Albion have all landed home ties in the first round of the Silk Cut Challenge Cup.
Hill take on Leeds University, Clayton entertain Normanton and Keighley Albion tackle Dodworth. Queensbury are the only local side to face an away trip. They go to Featherstone Lions.
A further 14 sides from the National Conference Premier Division will enter at the second-round stage, with those reaching the third round earning a £1,200 development grant.
First and Second Division clubs join the fray in the third round on January 30-31, with Super League teams entering at the next hurdle on February 13-14. For the first time, none of the ties will go to a replay, with 10 minutes' extra-time and the "golden point" used if necessary.
